Scott McElroy is a Level 3 certifier accredited with the QBCC. The Private Certifier undertakes assessment of your project to ensure that it is constructed, used and maintained for the purpose it was constructed. This is undertaken by assessing the structure against relevant Legislation such as the National Construction Code. As a Level 3 Certifier; Scotty will prioritise your time, working with you to provide inspections and certification to work within your timeframe. Please note that some further consultation may be required with the Local Authority (Council) for Planning and Plumbing matters.
