Pre lodgment advice Outback Mack's can provide pre lodgment advice to identify potential issues and design considerations prior to the building approval process. This ensures compliant applications which in turn ensures speed with the approval process. Pool safety inspections/ certificates As a licensed pool safety inspector, Outback Mack's can provide a pool safety inspection and upon a successful inspection, grant the pool safety certificate. This is required when selling a property with a pool. Please note that additional fees may be incurred upon a reinspection being required. It is urged to have your gates and barrier in a compliant manner prior to booking the inspection. Additional inspections Additional inspections can be requested for building projects or existing buildings to address and report on noncompliant items, buildings or structures.
